I recently had two hypnotherapy sessions with Irene at Sageva, and I can't thank her enough. She helped reduce my itchiness significantly, and the results have honestly surprised me. Not only has the itching improved, but even my food allergies have eased a lot. Before seeing Irene, I avoided so many foods. Had 3 sessions with Irene so far. She managed 3 different areas each sessions - sleep, work and personal growth. Been having trouble in these areas for the longest time. 1st session - sleep; post session I saw and felt improvement. Her guidance brought about the peaceful sleep I yearned. She did mention that results may not be immediate. After a few days I felt the change. It actually the night post therapy without me knowing. Its been more than a month since my first session. There were only 1 or 2 days that i missed on peaceful sleep. Otherwise my sleep been better and I wake up refreshed and pursposeful. 2nd session - work; saw the effect immediately. She guided to make me realise that you can own the situation and not the other way round. I mananged my reaction towards adverse or stressful situation in a calmer and thoughtful manner instead of in a negativity. 3rd session - personal growth; she taught me mindscaping and guided to me through a session that allowed me to realise that the unignited potential and achievement I can realise. In summary this session allowed me to dig deeper into my ability to realise a goal if I work towards it. It is not immediate result but I know I work towards rhat goal and I am only my own obstacle. Despite not having full disclosure of my inner thoughts, Irene worked with me with what I shared and directed me to possibilities I can achieve. I was apprehensive on the first session as I was skeptical. But subsequent sessions was a breeze to be guided by Irene without any apprehensive feelings. Looking forward to next sessions as I feel there is a lot more to unlock and Irene has been very patient so far. Will review after my future sessions. Thank you Irene!!
